2. Be sure to have your documents ready 
3. All Signers Must have a CURRENT Drivers License, State issued ID or Passport to present to the Notary. Notary can NOT accept copies or expired 
4. All Signers must be present for signing and sign documents in presence of the Notary 
5. If your documents require Witnesses - you need to arrange for witnesses to be present for signing and have CURRENT Drivers License, State issued ID or Passport to present to the Notary. 

**IMPORTANT**

•  Witnesses CANNOT be related or married to any of the Signers or mentioned in the documents. 
• The best witnesses are friends or neighbors, witnesses can be married to one another, just to to anyone in the documents. 
• Nurses will NOT sign as a witness if the document is for anything other than a Healthcare Directive (nothing financial).
