I am a 'Certified Loan Signing Agent' and have had additional training for Loan Documents along with carrying additional insurance as required to provide this service to you.  

This is a specialized service, therefore regular state regulated Notary fees do not apply.  

• Other fees may apply = mileage, printing, urgent, after hours, weekend, witness, extra time, wait time, mailing, parking, etc
• All signers MUST be present for signing and MUST present a VALID & CURRENT government issued ID, Drivers License, or Passport
• Travel to areas throughout Lincoln County Missouri, St Charles County, St Louis Missouri
